There is no reason to complain when Pokemon airs on CN being most people now can either record it with their TV or go to a website which will have the episode probably up.

Because there's no reason to complain about the schedule here. There's a forum in the Animation section for such things.

If by he, you mean SPD, then he had a real reason. It's against the rules to make a thread like the one you did.

^It's not that its against the rules, its just that no one knows why it happened and there is no point in discussing the unknown. He had a answer in his thread.

Oh yeah, It was a stupid reason. No one knows the reason as stated in your thread. You already had your answer. Yep, that was stupid alright. Especially when we have a question thread too. Seriously, get answers instead of saying stupid crap like that.

If you use a stat changing moves like Sand Attack on the opponent over and over and then they switch out and back in, does their stats get re-set? Like if you never attacked them?

Yup, any stat change effect dissapears once a pokemon is returned by any means other than Baton Pass.

Ice-types can't be frozen EXCEPT by the move Tri Attack.

    Fire-types can't be burned.

An Electric-type is effected the same way by any other types when they're paralyzed. The Pokemon can only attack 25% of the time and it's Speed will be cut to 25%, unless the afflicted Pokemon has the Ability Quick Feet which increases Speed by 50%.

    Poison-types can't be Poisoned.

503 Service Unavailable No server is available to handle this request. Is the site down

Why would an electric type be effected when fires can't be burned or Ice types frozen (exceptions). Silly question but I was thinking about this when the Jap. episode aired.

Yay, Bulbapeida is acting up a bit, keep refreshing and eventually the page will load. Just note that the page might look odd.

Ghost-type moves will still hit Fighting-types. However NO Pokemon attack will ever interfere with another Pokemon attack. A move or attack may effect or be effected by another attack or move, but it's either before or after the move or attack is/has been performed.

Actually my question was refering to the anime episode. I posted the question in the other.

The anime tends to take a "creative" look into how attacks interact with each other. From what I can guess, Shadow Ball must be made with pure energy and therefore solid enough to be "hit back" by a Mach Punch. So while Ghost-types aren't effected by Fighting-type moves, the same doesn't go for their attacks.

Paralyze isn't a specific to a type like Burn is to Fire-types and Freeze is to Ice-types. The "electric shocks" which you see when a Pokemon gets paralyzed could just be the best way to show the Pokemon's muscles cramping up.

That makes sense....when you explain it like that xD

I just wish that with all the rules they make, and as advance as the animation gets, they could atleast follow some of the mechanics in the games.

Well that would essentially be calling the games boring. You go on the forums and you see most people complain about how "this doesn't make sense" or "that doesn't" and it can all be avoided if they followed some of it.

They have a lot of moves to chose from and sometimes the ones they seem to choice obviously destorys any game logic.

But Pikachu's explanation was pretty reasonable so its all good
