I know, Pokemon is most of the time light hearted, but every anime show have their dark moments. So, what would you is Pokemon's darkest moment ever?

Definitely the storyline and after storyline for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky. Though in most part of the Pokemon media Darkrai is either featured as a hero or just a wild Pokemon who is able to cause nightmares, the Darkrai in this game is well...

from the top of my head, though it's not quite the darkest i'm sure. the Pokemon movies definitely have dark elements. the Mewtwo movies, & especially the last recent ones with Palkia, Dialga, Giratina & Darkrai.

To me, the storyline of Mystery Dungeon 2 [I love that game], or the scene in Pokemon Heroes where Latios dies in order to save his sister and Altomare [LATIOS!!!!]
