Some people are thinking that Ash, Pikachu, and the others may not come back in that new Diamond and Pearl series. I hope they don't. I don't know what it'll be like without Ash, Pikachu, Team Rocket, and the others. I also hope no one leaves, it was really sad to leave Misty and I hope no one (especially May cause she's my girl) has to have that same fate. I will still watch if the do get new characters, but I will miss the old characters very very much.

i hope they don't, or else there will be no reason to watch this show.its been going downhill since ash started the hoenn league,by taking out misty,putting max,the pokemon were weird or ripoffs like corphish/kingler and it was repeating episode themes

It's airing in Japan this fall because of the release of the Diamond and Pearl games.

There's still a chance it may be a seperate series. Do you also think it'll be cool if it is?
