While the crew is in Kanto, will Ash battle anymore gym leaders for badges eventhough he has them from the first time, and also after Kanto what what location will they go to? I mean like after Ash Kanto he went to the orange Islands then to Hoenn, and now back to Kanto. Will they come out with another surprising location to continue the show, and announce a pokemon battle game?

They need to release another Pokemon fighting game, instead of those puzzle games.

I love the puzzle game, Pokemon Trozei is awesome, a nice way to get away from the battling, and nobody knows where Ash will go next, just like Pokemonlover908 said

Most people think it will be another filler saga as the Diamond/Pearl Games won't be out for awhile

Actually, they should be coming out sooner than you think. I don't know the exact date but they'll be out this year, probably after the next movie, when the next season starts.

I believe the new games will be out at Thanksgiving, right in time for the holidays. I know what I want for Christmas next year.

I know Nintendo will be at the E3 game show in May. I don't have a Nintendo game system anymore. I sold my DS last year.

I don't think the games will ever go to Johto again. They should have done that on Emerald.

Nor will they ever go to Hoenn again, they re did Kanto because the games were extremly popular. They couldn't do that with Emerald. Each Generation (not counting FireRed and LeafGreen) have three games, Emerald is the third Hoenn game and it was always going to be like that.

Well to what started this thread... Right now the crew is in Kanto doing the battle frontier.  Not gym challenge.  So he probably wont meet up with any gym leaders except maybe Misty.  However, he has runthroughs with the character from Pokemon Ranger, and that leads some people to believe that there will be a filler region until theDiamond and Pearl are released, and that this filler region *might* have to do with Pokemon Ranger.  After all, the Kanto season is (or at least should be) near completion in Japan, so unless Japan either puts the show on hiatus until its release this fall, or begins the new region before the game is released (which i would prefer) then there is a huge question as to where the crew will be in Japanese episodes from probably August until November... which is about 12 episodes where they have no where to be and no goal.  Unless those episodes are spent on them traveling to the next region?

Anyway Johto is done.  Im pretty sure about that.  And I think the only reason they went back to Kanto is like syntemental value, seeing as that was the first region and the remakes of the original were in that region.

They should have one ubergame with all of the places on GameCube, or Wii. Colosseum and Gale of Darkness are a good platform, but you can win them in about 15 hours.
