Good episode. We meet Hawkes and Lenora (Lenora's VA sounds fimilar) and Team Rocket is planning something. I like the whole Science vs Supernaturalordeal between Cilan and Iris.
The Science vs Magic thing would work, except for one small problem.
THEY LIVE IN A WORLD FILLED WITH CREATURES THAT CAN SPEW FLAMES, SHOOT LIGHTNING, AND EXPLODE WITHOUT DYING!
You can't use "There's a scientific reason for everything" when you live in a world with magic.

My guess why Lenora's apron was edited: Carole Weatherford. The same woman who wrote that article claiming the old style Jynx was "racist".

I mean, Pokemon had some violent scenes before (like the choking scene in Zoroark movie) yet they decide to edit her stupid apron?
What kid is going to think see that apron and think it is racist?

Seeing Cilan and Iris argue instead of Ash and Iris was nice change of pace. I was hoping to see Cof agrigus instead, but I suppose it's a bit early in the series and they're saving some of these final evolutions for later.
Maybe they're going for consistency or something. I saw the screens for this Saturday's ep and also the one after it, and there are times where Lenora would have her apron, and some times where she doesn't. Plus, how can we be so sure the apron edit was a TPCI one? The animators could've changed it for the dub. Well, whenever YTV airs it, I'll see if it was just a Cartoon Network edit similar to the Kids WB edits they've had before, or a full edit.
