    Meh, sounds like another boring filler, but who knows, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

    In my opinion, one of the good things about the episode was that we got to see a legendary Pokemon, namely Zapdos.

    XD I thought it was funny, like a combo of Sick Daze and that first Hoenn episode where Pikachu got sick... *forgot what it was called* I wonder how Sudowoodo and Chimchar got bathed, and who bathed Croagunk. A Zapdos sighting and funny Staravia and Gliscor moments were the best. XDD And they forgot all about poor old Gliscor!

    This episode was great indeed! I also loved the cameo of Zapdos as well.

    The Zapdos cameo was foreshadowing Platinum since you can find it as well as Articuno and Moltres roaming around Sinnoh in the same way as Mesprit and Cresselia.

    i thot this episode was pretty ok but inlease we got to see zapdos agine (who is based on the thunderbird of native american folklore) i wonder if ash even remember that staravia haded returne ether or that gliscore already found brock but staravia dint even know it all well.

    I agree that some of this was based off of Sick Daze as I recall had Ash and Misty had a hard time running things that Brock got sick and that this time Brock felt that Ash and Dawn should learn first aid was good since the two squabbled that made things worse for Pachirisu. While you mention the first Hoenn episode there was also the episode Watt's With Wattson where Pikachu had an electrical buildup that caused it to easily defeat Wattson's Pokemon but got the disease later which might have been the past episode referenced in this episode since Brock was present. There was also the Battle Frontier episode Reversing the Charges where both Pikachu and Elekid got an Electrical buildup but that was a different case.

    Agreed. I just saw the episode, and it was indeed much better than I expected. It sure was a coincidence that it aired on Valentine's Day, and it had great moments, too, including the "WE FORGOT GLISCOR!!" moment at the end. I think this is also the first time I saw Croagunk actually smile. I guess if this really is a filler, though, Ash and Dawn won't really be learning first aid... It would be interesting if they did, that would give the writers the big chance to give the boot to Brock once and for all.

    But I agree with jjsthekid about it airing on Valentines Day. I lol'd too.

    I thought the episode was pretty good.

    Pachirisu getting an electric build-up reminded me of the episode from the first season where Pickachu got sick and it's electricity started attracting a Magnamite, and it was able to defeat a Muk that was blocking a power generator.

    I just at the end. That was just messed up and funny. First Pokemon esp that made me laugh in a while.
