Come on, Jame's dialogue in Pokeringer 2 is epic XD:
"*thinking* Oh no the twerps! ...wait, i don't need to worry about them, they wouldn't realize it's us even if we payed them to!"
good to know even TR knows their costumes suck yet somehow work xD
no the costumes used to be awesome in the early episodes
now the writers have run out of ideas

As for funny lines, here are one (search for "Pokemon") or two pages which have some gems like:
* Brock: "If they built a temple to honor Psyduck, they weren't hidden, they were lost."
* Misty: "You can stuff your greedy little face after we find a Pokemon Center!"
* Ash: "My face is little?"
But Team Rocket wins this with:
James: I AM A FLAMING MOLTRES!
Meowth: That outfit... where'd he get it?
