New English names have been revealed! Yanappu, Baoppu, and Hiyappu have been dubbed Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour respectively. Those names actually don't sound too bad IMO.
EDIT: Also, the English names for N and Team Plasma are the same as their Japanese names.
I like em
They keep the Japanese name connection too

I know where the last part of their names come from, but where does "Pan-" come from? Either way they're okay and the theme naming hopefully means they'll try to do something with the theme naming of Dent, Pod, and Corn.
And good to hear N and Team Plasma are keeping there names.
Pan comes is the Genus for certain types of monkeys
and as an alternative, Chimpanzee

Okay then.
It also means a group, which those three make up.
As for the Electric types, I look at 3 things when choosing my Pokémon; movepool, the relevant attack stat (alternatively, if it has a diverse enough movepool, I'd choose the attack stat first), and speed. Granted, Zeburaika has higher Attack AND Speed than Denchura's Special Attack and Speed, but Denchura has a better movepool, in my opinion. Shibirudon's Attack stats are both great, but its Speed is rather poor and its movepool isn't as interesting. We all make our decisions based on different factors. Maybe mine aren't the best decisions, but I'm happy with them, and Denchura is my personal favourite of all this generation's Electric types. It even has the most interesting type, not factoring in Shibirudon's Levitate.

And in the end using your favorite Pokemon is all that matters, sure there are better Pokemon but hey you worked hard to make the one you chose battle ready and by Arceus will you're gonna use it. As for me, I'll pick whatever has better stats and I can get rather easily because I'm lazy like that.
Awesome, glad to see such an early release date.
In addition to the new English Pokemon names (one more: Munna remains Munna, which sounds good to me), Professor Araragi is now called Professor Juniper, Hiun City is Castelia City, and the abilities Encourage, Overconfidence, and Pigeon Heart are called Sheer Force, Moxie, and Big Pecks respectively.
EDIT: Turns out that Black City and White Forest also keep their Japanese names.
We also continue the trend of naming professors after trees with Juniper

According to Bulbapedia, Chillarmy shall be known as Minccino, Gigaiath is Gigalith, Hihidaruma is Darmanitan, Meguroco is Sandile, Mamepato is Pidove, Shimama is Bliztle and Giaru is Klink. Personally, I only like Sandile. |
I like these names, and I have gotten quite use to the Starter's name though I still think they could have done better. Surprised they changed Chillarmy's name though. Lol @ Klink, I wonder if the rest of its evolutions are going to be named after machinery onomatopoeia.

Munna is keeping it's name? Okay.
Big Pecks? Um, the translation team does know only bird-like Pokemon can have this Ability, right?
And finally to add my own thing to this conversation, HERE is the trailer!

If they hire on January, and i change the proposed schedule for Mondays off... by the time of March 6 i will have earned enough to buy both versions and the 3DS, i will need to ignore how stupid it is to blow two and a half paychecks.
BUT.
March 6 and 7 i just call in sick to my Japanese class and i will spend a good 36 or so hours playing both versions simultaneously. Black on good 'ol DS and White on awesome new 3DS. *3*
Some other things that were overlooked:
Sweep Slap is now Tail Slap.
Wild Bolt is now Wild Charge.
and Telekinesis keeps its name.
