Though when I have time I'll go through the new artwork, right now I'll pop in and say the only thing that really annoys me is that for a region based on New York they have a lot of Asain things yet very little American things. It felt like the Pokemon creators weren't told this new region was based on New York or the decision to make the region based on New York came later once a lot of the new Pokemon were created (or a third option they didn't care if it was based on New York, since they were familiar with their own culture, myths, and legends they remained with creating Pokemon based on that). Where is all of America's cryptos made into Pokemon? Big Foot/Sasquatch, Jackalope, Chupacabra, not to mention all the Native American myths you could have used!
