I train my Pokemon with ditermination, planing their move sets, and love. They may be virtual pets, but like all pets they still require love.

Aw, Dragon. If pokemon were real you would be a GREAT breeder. You would give Brock some competition.

It may be easier, but it's tougher to win

No it's a lot easier to win because when your best Pokémon is down all you have to do is choose a weak Pokémon then use revive on your strongest.

No it's not, I've done it both ways, if you have all of them strong, then you don't have to let one of your Pokemon get knocked out to bring back your good one. With my six strong ones, nobody ever gets knocked out when I battle the Elite 4 on Emerald

Trust me on this. I've done this and it works.

I have too, and equally works out better, but if you don't want to keep your Pokemon happy it doesn't matter

If your Pokemon get knocked out, they lose some love and happiness towards you

Ever since G/S there's been a happiness factor. If you train your pokemon equally this really shouldn't be a problem. However, if you focus all your attention on one pokemon, your other pokemon will really start to hate you.

I focus my attention on my starter Pokémon. The Pokémon in my party are usually weak other than my starter. This way my starter will be much happier.

I always try to train the Pokemon until they are at Lv. 50 that's the maximum of pokemon allowed in the battle frontier.

I prefer having my pokemon battle trainers again... and again... and again.  It's a slow process, but at least I eventually each a level where I feel I'm ready to take on the Elite 4.  Sometimes I'll have the pokemon battle wild pokemon, mostly early in the game, but I prefer trainer battling because it earns more points.  I also use rare candies, but I don't get them often after the early part of the game.

I'm one of those equal level people but I've kinda let my blaziken, swampert, and minun grow more levels because they need to keep up w/ the competition on the frontier...
