Ok, This topic is about 2-3 weeks old, but It still bothers me. Morrison's Metang: It attomaticly knew Meteor Mash During it's fight with Glalie. And, How Beldum evolves at level 20,and suddenly, beats Jump's Electabuzz, which should be past level 20. Now I'm sure Morrison has had Beldum for a while, but still, if it was at a high level, then it would have evolved into Metagross after it beat that Machoke. My point is, Metang is incredibly strong after coming from one of the weakest Hoenn generations!

On the series, Pokemon don't evolve by level, or most of Ash's Pokemon would've evolved by now, and it's like Ash's Govyle, it learned Leaf Blade as soon as it evolved

The show doesn't follow levels or evolutions patterns.

For example: Weepinbell evolve using a Leaf Stone. James's second Weepinbell evolved without one

The anime doesn't follow Levels/Evolution times as in the games. Beldum didn't evolve at Level 20, it was much higher.
