I have a better chance of seeing a Pokemon in real life then this happening. I do own a Togepi & Pikachu doll since I was a kid..........but I mean the REAL DEAL.

Summary: Ash & Co. continue on to Asatsuki Town and Brock's PokeGear begins to ring. He answers and it is Kotone! They talk to their recently departed friends from Johto and Kazunari is having trouble training his Gible. Kazunari ends up catching a 4th generation back in Johto but Gible competitive personality doesn't suit him well, so he offers Ash his Gible.
So basically this would be the episode where Ash gets a Gible. Due to Kazunari's Gible being Male, and the one from the preview is Male too, it is a possibility.
