When I was at the journey across america tour in my town I couldn't help to see that all the players were using nothing but legendary pokemon, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, and Metagross which I think is cheap. So I decided that in this tournament you can only use one legendary or one big boy (Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, whoever is the next big boy in DP) and it cannot be used till 2 (in regular rounds) or 4 (in random rounds, quarters semis and the final) of your other Pokemon faint (they'll all be 2-2). This will test the trainers true skill. If your legendary or big boy is sent out by whirlwind or roar then you get to ignore the rule for the rest of the battle.
