Actually, the Grand Festival eps are 398, 399, and 400.

Conclusion! They have to make it same so if there is different voice actors for season 9, they want it the same as there is a few s9 eps in season 8.

Not really. If someone captures a Jynx, they'll have to show it.

Of course it is possible that "Smoochum and the Three Jynx Sisters!" will be aired by Kids'WB! if the CW Network has any control over the episodes aired.
