I liked it, although I'm not fond of the Pokemon saying their names at the end. Too bad for no High Touch scenes, but at least they used good anime scenes!

I don't want to bag on PUSA but I just have to say what I feel. It was bad, no scenes from High Touch, another 30 second Opening. This is a perfect example why Wids WB is needed back! The farthest DP Episode it goes to is the Akebi Town Contest, with Dawn using Buneary. Didn't even show most of the Pokemon: None of Brock's Pokemon, Pikachu, Gliscor, Buizel, Chimchar, and Grotle for Ash, no Staravia. Dawn: Piplup and Buneary, wow, seriously, no Ambipom or Piloswine! I could have done a better opening if I was in a comma.

Somtimes I wonder if PUSA is just lazy, not even bothering to put ANY High Touch Scenes. It probably took them a heartbeat to make the Opening and it was too rushed. Now all I have to do is just press "Foward" once on my Remote and there, problem solved. Don't want to be messed up but it sucked overall.

The song is actually pretty good.

I didn't think they'd go with a woman singer again, but it works pretty good.

The actual scene mixing is all over the place for the most part. The only good scene mixing is at the beginning up until they get to the scene of Purugly scratching Meowth. From there, it goes downhill.

Much too short, but hey, it's fine.

Also, for those of us who don't keep up with the Japanese episodes, this is a great "sneak peak" into the season.

That's my opinion. Of course, I'll be able to get a better view of it when someone puts up a higher quality one on Youtube.

The opening was okay. The song was good, but they could have done WAY better with the scenes they used (there is a reason why in Japan the opening does't use little to any scenes from the show). If anyone is curious, here are the lyrics:

You know, if they would have mentioned soul somewhere in the song (maybe even right after heart), that would have been a somewhat of a good way to reference HeartGold and SoulSilver (come on, I'm sure PUSA knew about HeartGold and SoulSilver were being developed and were just waiting to get the okay from Japan to release the information to us).

The song was pretty good, and the scenes, well, at first they're good, but after a while, those random scenes are too random, and Gliscor, Pikachu, Buizel and Chimchar popping out of nowhere just saying their names is kinda odd, specially Chimchar, they didn't show Staravia, Piloswine, Ambipom and other pokemons probably because they would evolve/leave soon, yet Chimchar stays, despite it evolving, although it may be since it still hasn't in japan and that means it'll be a long time before it happens in the US.

Overall, i liked it, but felt that the video mixing was amateurish, and could have been done much better.

@Bac: Actually, your comment should be 'It should be dubbed by 4KIDS again' not that KidsWB should come back, as they have nothing to do at all with the openings.
