    I just discovered that they had a new years episode of pokemon planned but it was never aired anywhere or never brought to be dubbed becuase of the porygon episode. did anyone else know about this? was the episode finished or still in production at the time? if finished they could release it as a lost episode or something.

    Only limited information is know about it, but it was set to air the week after the Porygon episode. However, after Pokemon came back from hiatus the following April it was shelved and just never aired.
