Hmmm.... Rayquaza is definetly faster, but in sense of attacks, Mewtwo would be better. Rayquaza has good Sp. Def to withstand Mewtwo's Psychic.If you watch the cartoons, you'll see that Psychic will not do as much as say, Dragon Claw. If they dedicated a whole movie to this, it will be really cool.
