Ok everybody. Another year has come an gone. Season 12, Diamond and Pearl Galactic Battles is ending on Saturday May 15th. Once again we will not have a break.
Season 13 will begin on Saturday May 22nd and will be titled Pokemon Diamond and Pearl: Sinnoh League Victors. This will be the final season of the Diamond and Pearl series.
Ugh...dumb name.....at least the victors part anyway.

we all know both dawn and ash will lose (it's happened a million times before) although I'm kinda skeptical about dawn
but we'll have to wait another 3 episodes in japan before stating whether or not the dub writers are idiots when it comes to naming
you know I'd think that the japanese storyboard writers would at least tell them what happens (as long as they dont spoil of course) so they could prepare english names and stuff like this
Sinnoh League VICTORS? That sounds...just...odd. I mean, i could understand Sinnoh League VICTORIES, but Victors sounds incomplete somehow.
This could be foreshadowing for a possibility of Ash winning the league for once. Then again, season 4 was dubbed Johto League Champions and he only had 5 gym badges at the end of that season and then went on to LOSE the Silver Conference in the next season

You need to find your brain scarecrow cause Dawn's going to the finals in the Grand Festival and there is no way as long as I live that she will lose to Zoey again!!!
Then we have the possibility of Brock leaving, which I put in a different Thread here, and as for Ash, I suspect an Ash VS Paul battle as the Final battle of the Sinnoh League.

How was that proven true. The title was: Galactic Battles, which meant they were going to battle against them..... nothind stating Team Galactic was going to disappear. But I am curious too about why they named it...... do they really get a heads up on what may possibly happen?

Actually, going by the same blog that's saying the ambiguious things that can be interpretated as Brock leaving, Ash will beat Paul, and THEN fight a legendary trainer/trainer with legendary pokemon, so yeah.
Anyway, i wonder how the theme song will be, hope it's a bit harder than the last few.

Don't you think it was a coincidence that Team Galactic was defeated 5 episodes before the Season ended? So by that logic, this would mean Ash & Dawn will win their respective challenges based on that Season 13 crappy title. I would have called it: Pokemon DP: Sinnoh Champions but then Cynthia is considered the Sinnoh Champion...... what is a person's title called when he/she wins a League?(minus battling the Elite 4)?

What about it makes it sound dumb or weird? It sounds perfect to me. I just hope they don't change much of the Greatest- Everyday opening, its awesome.

they're gonna replace it with a completly different song, move the images around, and add pointless scenes from the anime like always
the only time we've never had a unchanged song was from movie 6 ending
and they added english lyrics to the japanese version anyway
