    I thought immediately of Dawn (in a good way)when I heard Professor Juniper's voice. Also I agree with you in that the starters sound great...AND THEY ARE VARIED TOO! It's annoying when mulitple Pokemon have the samevoice actor, and he doesn't even change his voicefor each Pokemon. Ash sounds so good. I don't even know why. I feel like Sarah is using more emotion with her voice than usual. Snivy sounds manly. o.O

    I completely agree; the starters sound awesome. Yeah, when you mention it, Sarah does seem to be giving Ash's voice a bit more emotion than usual. I'm more psyched for the Black & White anime now than ever.

    i'm way too excited for this. i hated Ash's new voice at first. then it grew on me and didn't care anymore. but now i can say that i really really like his voice. i want Ash to choose either Snivy or Oshawott.

    So I go to Serebii and I find out that the "other" name is Best Wishes: Unova Saga. First thing that came to my mind is "Does best wishes mean its the last season?" In a way I dont want it to end cause it just will be hard to let go haha but at the same time how many more different names and looks can they come up with?

    Titles don't usually mean anything. The last season was Sinnoh League Victors in the dub and Ash didn't win the Sinnoh League

    Xybrians. Who names their kid Falkner, Bugsy, Brawly, Wattson, Flannery, etc etc. It's Pokemon, since when does it need to make sense.

    Anyway out of all the Gym Leaders, the ones with somewhat realistic names are Brock, Misty, Erika, Sabrina, Giovanni, Whitney, Chuck, Jasmine, Clair, Roxanne, Flannery, Norman, Wallace, Juan, and Candice.


    However on the flip side the ones with the most ridiculous names are Lt. Surge, Blue, Falkner, Bugsy, Brawly, Wattson, Tate (Liza is sorta okay), Gardenia, Volkner, Cilan, Chili, and Cress.


    Should we go into the Elite Four, Champions, and Frontier Brains? Well I'm not waiting for the answer so here they are:


    Somewhat realistic: Bruno, Will, Sidney, Drake, Steven, Wallace, Cynthia, Tucker, Lucy, Spenser, and Brandon.
    Most ridiculous: Lorelei, Blue, Phoebe, Glacia, Palmer, Darach, and Argenta

    How is Phoebe a ridiculous name? I realize I already said this above, but I'm gonna say it again: I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEASON 14! I have really high expectations (well, as far as the dub is concerned), and I think the first episodes are going to fulfill my expectations. Praying Iris has a nice voice.

    Trip? The name's Tripy, along with name Cilan. They should've kept the Jap. names. What the hell is Axew supposed to mean? I liked Kibago better. Good thing Iris keeps her name.



    Hearing Oshowatt still sounds too Japanese-ish. Atleast it's English voice isn't annoying like Piplups was



    Voices seem okay so far. Juniper sounds cute.

    Axew is a portmanteau of the words Axe (the weapon) chew (as in teeth) and hew (to cut with an axe)


    similar to it's Japanese name Kiba (fang) ago (jaw)
