    Great news guys! I got shaymin! I didnt miss the event after all! Shaymin is so cute!

    No, I think it's when you collect it.
    yes and thanks to that I got a High spattack with HP ice on one and still resetting on the other

    Skymin has decent attack so it not a total loss

    I went and got two Shaymins by taking both Diamond and Pearl in since while the event limits it to one game cartrige, it can be bypassed by bring in two game cartriges. Now all I have to do is trade it to Platinum when it comes out to get its Sky Forme.

    Shaymin Sky Forme highest stat is in Speed, so only keep this Shaymin if you would like to have a Shaymin Sky Forme that has a high Speed boost. I would try getting a Shaymin with a strong Defence and Special Defence since those are Shaymin Sky Forme's lowest stats.

    also you don't get a nature to boost weak points(unless it blissey) timid or modest is the best natures for shaymin

    Sweet, I just managed to get to the event on the last day. I got Shaymin for both my Diamond and Pearl, I love it's cry, and it's Seed Flare looks totally awesome. I didn't save after picking it up from the delivery guy, though, since I'm not sure what nature would be the best for it...
