(which actually be great, not only will it break the first Gym Leader being Rock-type, but also have the first ever Dark-type gym!)

    According to PokeJungle, Iris will be voiced by Aoi Yuki. It's also mentioned that "she doesn't really have any noteworthy roles," which I suppose rings true, since the shows she casts in are listed here and I don't recognize any of the titles.

    The 29th is a Wednesday, Pokemon airs on Thursday. They wouldn't change the channel and date after 12 years.

    I hope this mean BW001 is the episode is when ash is traveling to Isshu. That gives more time for Dawn and Brock's send-offs in DP191.

    Yay, honestly that's the first thing I noticed that they changed Ash's eye. It looks like they made it bigger.

    Hm, I guess it was only a matter of time (and maybe budget) until they were finally able to add a "metal" texture to the attacks with "iron" and "steel" in its name.


    Also it sounds like Ash was battling a bird Pokemon in that clip and at the end it looks like he caught a Pokemon, so I guess Ash is keeping the tradition of catching the region's bird Pokemon who will no doubt be neglected as soon as Ash gets the main elemental Pokemon and only see the light of day to search for Team Rocket.

    Oh boy, a whole bunch of new preview pictures have been revealed, and I must say... Ash has gone through some major character redesign... I'm fine with it all except for the addition of the glaring eye color; that I'll have to get used to. It's interesting; depending on which picture of Ash you look at, he looks a bit older (especially in the full body shot of him). I'm going to guess that Ash has Mijumaru, Iris has Pokabu, and Dento has Tsutarja. On top of everything else...


    - Shooti is from Kanoko Town.
    - Ash is revealed to catch a Mamepato.
    - Yanappu indeed belongs to Dento, meaning that he probably is a Grass Gym Leader.
    - Best Wishes is going to be premiering five days after the release of Black and White (September 23rd) with a double-episode one-hour special. Can't wait for then.


    Looking at the picture of the small screenshots, it looks like the Takuto episode was just the beginning of Ash getting back into the backwards hat habit.

    New Iron Tail makes me laugh. So the preview says that Best Wishes will be faster paced then the previous series. I wonder just how faced paced. hopefully not as fast as Kanto.



    Well this confirms Ash is indeed getting Mamepato and the preview makes it look like he will get Mijumaru and maybe Pokabu. As long as he gets Mijumaru I'm happy.

    ohgodpleasenomijumaru Ash better evolve that thing or have his new eyes in every shot with Mijumaru so i go blind with them rather than the otter thing. Anyway, did Ash get like, huuuuuge new contact lenses? it looks like an orange iris suddenly appeared around his usual black pupils. New clothes look nice in that shot where we see his pants and pikachu.

    I don't see the big deal with his eyes. They look fine to me. I love the new clothes. Far better than DP.
