    I like her choice of name. Off topic is lame plus she created the thread so why should someone else change the name.

    Because the name could make people think it's about something else, with this name, it could be a topic about the Pewter City Gym

    I disagree. At TV Tome, we nearly always had a thread going - "Ultimate Creature's Chat" or something like that, where people would just talk. This died out towards the end, when a lot of the older users started to leave, but it was always the most popular forum on the board.

    When you come to this forum so much, you begin to become friends with the people you talk/argue with all the time. If you want to discuss other things with them, it's easier to do in this thread-format.

    Oi. UC-sama's chats were the best... If I remember correctly, one of those chats had over 1,000 pages to it. Unfornately, he was forced to stop making them and then the lot of us left. I still stayed around though (duh).

    Of course, after we left, the Pokemon forum was invaded by n00bs. That's why we always say that TvTome went to Hell in May 2004.

    I really don't understand why you won't let her keep the name. Other boards have a name like "Lake Sunshine: Off Topic" and their editor lets them keep it so why not this one?

    All of the names that have been in the title could be something you're asking a question about. The first one about Pokemon Stadium, the seoncd one about Brock's gym, and this one could be about the Sky in Johto
