What Should Pikachu Learn Next?

What Attack Should Our Favorite Electric Type Learn Now?

Pikachu has learned some new tricks in the past (i.e Iron Tail & Volt Tackle), what attack should it learn this time? Note: If Pikachu has learned a new attack, don't post it on this board.

Well, personally, I think Pikachu is fine the way it is, but I think the best move it could learn on that list is Charge Beam. Spark is just a weaker version of Volt Tackle, Shock Wave is basically the same as Thunderbolt in the anime, and Pikachu can't learn Zap Cannon, period. If Pikachu were to learn a new move, though, it shouldn't be an electric type move, IMO Feint would be kinda nice to break through Protect and Detect, but it wouldn't really use it that often, so like I said, I think it's just fine the way it is.

Side Note: I made the Future Learned Moves thread for stuff like this, but I guess it didn't catch that many people's attention. Oh, well.

You made this into a question like Thread. Isn't there a Thread made for this or am I the dumb one?

Yeah, there is a thread made for this stuff, my Future Learned Moves thread, which became a ghost thread...

I would say Discharge since it's the only D/P move that Pikachu can learn.

Pikachu doesn't have the weight to make it really effective.

Eh, if pikachu can successfully, thunderbolt a Rhydon (KO'ing it in the process) then I'm pretty sure "weight" wouldn't be an issue.

I hear it's going to be a new move in Gen. 5.
