1. I don't deal with Action Replay, so I can't help you there.
2 & 3. This sounds very fishy. Are you sure this is a real copy and maybe not a bootleg? If it's a real copy it sounds like the game is broken.
1) What was Jessie and James's last pokemon to evolve?
2) Are there any other Pokemon like Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan that were not originally related but eventually became related via evolution is later generations?

1. Jessie's last evolved Pokemon was Yanmega and James' was Victreebel.
2. No, the Hitmons are the only group of Pokemon to have been previously unrelated until a later Generation (this case Gen II) added a member to their evolutionary line that connected with them (this case Tyrogue).

1. We don't know, it all depends on how PUSA (Pokemon USA, the Pokemon Company's American branch which currently dubs the anime) cuts it. In Japan the show isn't cut into "season" like how we have it. They sometimes change the opener but it's usually considered one saga over there. However, with that being said, currently the anime in Japan has entered into "Best Wishes Season 2" in order to promote Black 2 & White 2. Right now there are currently 8 episodes of that and ongoing. If you want a more mathematical answer, judging from previous seasons, a season is usually between 40 to 50 episodes. But we won't fully know until it happens and ends.
2. There has been no news about Ruby/Sapphire remakes. So far the only possible proof of any remakes being planned is from a tweet posed by Junichi Masuda though this was almost a year ago. Being it was translated from Japanese, what it means could possibly be anything from "they're currently making them" to "if they decide to do it they want to make sure the games will be the best they can be".

I have a question about the animated trailer for Black and White 2. Are there more of them? If there are, what is the correct order of them? Also, do any of them have spoilers outside of the spoilers that have been posted in the now-locked Black and White thread? (Sorry if these questions have been answered in the Black and White 2 thread; I'm avoiding the spoilers.)

Nope, this is the only trailer to be presented like this. There was an earlier version of the trailer which didn't have the scene of Mei's Gym Battle Cheren but that's only in Japanese and, as you saw, the dub version is the version which includes that scene.

There's a dub version? My next question is, Where can I find this dub version? (I've only see the Japanese version without Mei's battle with Cheren.)
