    For games: Gen 2, no contest
    For anime: Gen 1 or 4, I hated Hoenn with a passion and Johto could've been way better

    Same could be said for me of all the seasons up to the end of Joto.

    Gen 2, the Legendary birds were cool, including Ho-oh. Gen 3, 4, and 1 are ok, but the Johto saga had some good moemts.

    Games: DPPt>RSE>>>>GSC>=RBY
    Face it, RBY was good, but outdated. GSC is horribly overrated. Easiest games, bad new Pokemon, 2 crappy regions, I don't see why people put it at the top other than the nostalgia. RSE made a big overhaul on the mechanics, and DPPt have everything good from previous generations. Nostalgia is the only reason one would put GSC or RBY above RSE or DPPt.

    Show: Sinnoh>Hoenn=Kanto>Johto
    Johto was filler after filler. It's saving grace was the Silver Conference.

    for me i like gen,1 pokemon games red/blue/yellow the anime gen,1-2 sints thay dint waist are time with that whole pokemon contest iam not to fond of that.
