    Well there's some debate on that considering it appearing in this movie wouldn't exactly be out of place (it's fighting a genetically altered clone).


    I have seen theories that a possible future movie (or special) would have old mewtwo and newtwo mega evolve and fight. Although I'd rather see the next movie introduce the X and Y pokemon (which is more likely to happen). It just seems that a mewtwo that appears would have made more sense to be the old one

    I didn't know about the special and just assumed there was only one Mewtwo. The flashbacks shown could have easily of been Team Rocket as they weren't clear and there was no mention from Ash about him meeting one previously. I don't think adding game continuity to this is valid. Everyone would have one if that was true.

    You don't need to see the special to know it's a different Mewtwo. The female voice alone was enough to give it away.

    Yes it does, they just haven't made one yet. These episodes were dubbed well in advance of the normal time frame in order to air them as a sneak preview.

    Sort of a contradiction there I have a car I just don't own it yet.


    I'd say they will probably have an opener they're pretty catchy, the Japanese one does at least. Guess it they ran out of time to dub one
