Ok, so a few minor points I've noticed so far...

Like I said before, the caretaker is now Clyde, and more excitingly the new trainer classes are named to be location-neutral. For example, we have "Striker" instead of "Soccer Player" or "Footballer". LOVE IT!

However, I'm only on Route 3 and already I'm sick of Patrat. Thank goodness this is the last route it can be found.

Already got the day off from work. I'll go see the Yugioh movie and pick up my white version right away (and maybe buy Black while i'm at it...) Just two more days~

HOW SWEET IS THIS?! it has been a longggg week of school and work..... I come to this board to realize that B&W are coming out TOMORROW. I've been so forgetful lately, but right now it feels pretty damn good (; still deciding which to get first? I'm getting all 3 anyways but still.... hmmmm. so stoked.

EDIT: it is now4 am in LA and I'm supposed to be studying/sleeping, but instead I re-arranged my team ...I'm going for White first. Serperior doesn't have good moves )=so goodbye Serpy.it's pretty fun learning these names, lol

I'm sure we already knew this, but the graphics, whilst nice, are almost always utterly pointless Occasionally it is useful, and at those points its nice, but otherwise... You notice it on Skyarrow Bridge in particular. It takes a good 30 seconds to run across, and nothing happens, ever, at any point in the game, it just looks pretty.

Will be a good place to hatch eggs though.

Incidentally, my current team is Dewott, Stoutland, Simisear, Archen, and Joltic. Litwick will take the sixth spot, but I'm still only in Chargestone Cave.

HMs really aren't needed much, either...I've used Cut twice (one or which was just for an item), and I still don't have Strength. Surf doesn't come until after the sixth gym...but then you have Chargestone Cave, with a puzzle involving pushing floating rocks in a certain direction (it doesn't let you push them another way). It really feels like they're phasing HMs out.

Anybody else finding the gyms ridiculously easy? Just beaten Brycen without him taking out a single Pokémon. Clay and Skyla were a piece of cake too. I haven't really struggled since Lenora, when I had only three Pokémon and I didn't realise you could go get TM94 first...

N is a really interesting character though. Possibly the best villain in the series. He actually has rational motives, and when he's talking he makes reasonable points, you can actually see his point of view. Most of the other Team Plasma members are buffoons, of course, but he's a very interesting character.

Incidentally, why are they called Team Plasma?

Oh, and here's something I've annoyed myself with; I mistakenly thought that you wouldn't be able to access Route 18 until post-game. Of course, you can as soon as you can surf, right after gym 6. Which means you can get Larvesta then. That's a Pokémon for my Black team right there!

EDIT: NO WAY! THE PLAYER JUST SPOKE! I've foolishly already forgotten what, but in Dragonspiral Tower the dragon N's summong screeches and shakes the place, you're alone, and a text box comes up saying something like "Did something just shake the whole tower?" There was no line to you though, so maybe not speech...must be a thought or something...still!
