    I stopped watching Pokemon a while back. But i wanted to catch this...but i don't like this it sounds too weird for them to be using different characters. Is it a permanent change??

    Just going to tell you, the new voices are LAME!!!!!!! They sound SO terrible!!!!!! May sounds like 40 year old, Ash sounds like a little kid, and Brok's voice just sounds gritty!!!!!!!

    I just watched the whole thing...

    Well... the narrator was good.

    The new voices are pretty darn bad, I must say. The only one that sounds remotely close to the original is Misty.
    Professor Oak's new voice is laughable.
    Max's is just bad.
    Team Rocket was disgraceful, with the exception of Jessie, who was pretty close. James and Meowth were bad, but I guess, overall, Team Rocket wasn't as bad as I expected.
    Ash and May were just terrible.
    Brock was atrocious.

    This sucks.

    That's a good thing if her voice is good. She's one of the best things about Pokemon. Alright enough of ranting on this subject.

    I hate all the voices! Ash sounds like a kid and May sounds like she is 30! I hate these voices!!!! I will never allow the show to have them!

    In the credits it only said Ikue Ohtani did the voices, or they don't want to credit the voices because they may not be kept. Ash's was okay, I could live with Veronica's or the new one, but his personality fits Veronica's. The Narrator sounded like the new one at the beginning, and sounded like the first one at the end. I noticed they used footage from movies 2, 3, 4, and 5, and music from the fifth. The opening was crap! The singer said Kanto like Konto. May's voice I can't live with! I don't think these sound alikes even tried! Except for Jessie's and Misty's. Could it be they got the old narrator? I want answers! But over all the plot was good. Except personalities coulda been bettter May's and Misty's.

    Well I liked the movie, but the VAs sucked! And I think Ash's voice was done by the guy who does Luffy's voice on One Piece.
