May 9th's Pokemon Sunday may perhaps maybe most likely not reveal a new pokemon. Maybe.
It's mostly basing it on the title apparently "Baba Takes On Battle Practice! & New Pokemon - XX" but, apparently Baba lost his Rayquaza and is looking for a new pokemon for his team so it might just be a random non-gen V pokemon. But there's the extremely small chance of it actually being a gen 5 pokemon, so who knows.

... So this Baba lost his Rayqauza and instead of searching for the POWERFUL LEGENDARY POKEMON he decides just to get a new party member? If I lost a Rayqauza, I wouldn't go "Oh gosh darn, I guess that means I have an open slot in my party now, now what Pokemon around here could be my new 6th Pokemon... Bidoof!". No, I would be more like "OMG WTFH! In the wrong hands Rayquaza could be used to take over town, city, maybe even region! I got to get it back so that I can use it for mindless battling which in its eyes totally disregards it being such a powerful Pokemon!"

Oh, I thought they were referring to a character in the anime. I'm going to guess he's one of the hosts of Pokemon Sunday?
Well unless he's playing Black or White, I doubt it'll be a Generation V Pokemon, though that doesn't mean they won't show a new Pokemon (maybe the Pokemon he gets as a replacement would be the pre-/evolution of a Generation V Pokemon).
Aaaaand confirmed, next week, New pokemon!
And by new pokemon of course it'll just be a silloute. Then the next week the full thing.
Which will be useless thanks to Coro Coro, but, hey, 4-6 days of enjoying speculation on hte silloute will be nice.
A new Pokemon. Interesting. Wonder if it'll be a legendary or something.

Sure, maybe it won't be defeating anyone soon, but if its the first Pokemon out then at least one level 100 is losing all but maybe 12 HP, but overall it is a waste of space.
Heres my Idea for the crime synidcate Team Aero. they specialize in flying type pokemon and there hq is a giant air ship similar to the sheild hellicarrier from Marvel comics and you can get there by means of teleporting by using the warp portal things. what does everyone think?

If they were going to have an "Air" crime syndicate they would have done it in Emerald.
With the exception of Team Rocket (meaning Generation I & II + remakes), the crime syndicates now usually revolve their theme around the Legendary Mascots of the first two versions:
* Ruby & Sapphire had Groudon & Kyogre, the Pokemon which formed/controls the earth and seas (respectively) and thus Team Magma wanted Groudon to increase the landmass while Team Aqua wanted to increase the oceans.
* Diamond & Pearl had Dialga & Palkia, the Pokemon which control time and space (respectively) and thus Team Galactic (well, mostly Cyrus) wanted to use them to create a new universe with Cyrus either being the god or only person (his motives change between the two depending on what you're playing/reading/watching).
So whatever the mascots of Black & White are will have the crime syndicate most likely after them and thus have their team based off them.

But who says "Black & White" would relate to shadow and light? Until we see the Legendary Duo we can't predict what crime syndicate we'll be facing, and who knows if it'll be one or two.
As for the military helping... yay, right. Apparently the only law enforcement force which we've seen so far that is the tad bit effective would the International Police (you know, the group Looker is with), and even they prefer to let a 10-year old kid and his collection of animals take down an entire crime syndicate.

Cool! Though I had a post on the Elite Four still in the making, maybe I'll be able to find some time to fit in a post on the starters...
