    I could probably tolerate Soul a little more if it weren't for that hideous hat... =__= Someone was on crack at Nintendo...

    But I wonder what they're going to do in the Pokemon Special manga. They did a FireRed and LeafGreen arc and Leaf was adapted into Blue because they looked the same... Does that mean Crystal will be Soul in the manga or will they add a new female character like they did with Yellow...?

    Leaf was made to look like Green (Blue in Japan) from the manga so the only reason they changed her name was to further promote the games.

    However Kris and Soul are completely different characters so Soul will most likley be a new character if they put her in the manga.

    We don't know that. I honestly think putting Leaf as Blue was a stretch since Blue was originally designed similar to a Lass.

    Yeah, even though Leaf and Blue may be different characters at least they look the same. Crys and Soul don't even look alike.

    And would it kill the creators to make a normal/cooler looking female? I'm tired of seeing pig-tails for a hairstyle... -__-

    Yes it was.

    The only Pokemon related news on E3 so far was of Explorers of the Sky.

It is said that this device can link up with the DS and with Heart Gold & Soul Silver in order to allow you to put a Pokémon on it from the game and it will gain experience as well as happiness. It is unknown if this feature will come outside of Japan nor how advanced this feature is.

    Supposedly, Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza will be making an appearance, although the first two appear to be exclusive to one version, but if you can get both on one, you can find Rayquaza. Similar to catching Raikou/Entei/Suicune in Crystal to get Ho-oh or having the 3 Regis to get Regigigas in D/P/Pl. And they have artwork of Elm, the rival, and a female Team Rocket grunt who in no way looks like Cassidy.

    Also, supposedly if you transfer the movie Arceus over to HGSS, a cutscene will happen with Arceus and Cynthia from DPPt and you will be able to access a room with a level 1 Dialga, Palkia and Giratina.

    Right so with the exception of Mewtwo, Latios, Latias, and the three Regis for those that weren't able to particapate in the Regigigias event then the GBA Pokemon games are still needed. Course for me I am doing a big-time mission to catch the Legendaries in those game with the nature value I want.

    The only Legends that haven't been in 4th gen games are Mewtwo, Mew, Latias, Latios, Jirachi, and Deoxys. I'm assuming Celebi will have the event in Ilex Forest, the same one that was in Crystal if you used a Gameshark for the GS Ball.

    More info from CoroCoro is in: a Jirachi at Level 5 with special attacks will be distributed on June 19th. It will apparently unlock a new area in HeartGold and SoulSilver when traded over.

    Oh man, why do I have the feeling Soul will be the new female character in the anime after Dawn . . . ? I hope I'm wrong . . .

    Big news, everyone! The boxarts for the games have been released! This is the boxart for HeartGold:



    And this is the boxart for SoulSilver:



    The reason the boxes are bigger than usual is because the PokeWalker peripheral is included in the whole package.
