Meh, I can actually see them having a running gag with Hihidaruma going into Daruma Form and being unable to move and James never understand how to use it correctly (much like Jessie with Wobbuffet).

I don't know what Ash's wild card will be. I don't think Bachuru, being though they have broken the tradition that only Pikachu is the Electric-type with Ash & co., they haven't broke the tradition of Ash having the other Electric-type and I think they'll try to keep that tradition if they could.
My personal guesses are either Yuniran or Banipucchi. Don't know why, but I can see Ash with them.
I agree. Ash will never get another electric type besides Pikachu. As with all the previous regions, I suspect that the writers are going to keep up the tradition of giving Ash a team of Pikachu, a Bird Pokemon (Mamepato), Water (Mijumaru), Fire (Pokabu), Grass (most likely Tsutarja, as indicated by the spoilers), and a random-typed sixth Pokemon.
If Ash were to get a random type of pokemon for his 6th pokemon then it seems to be a fighting type. Just because they have so many fighting types in this region. I would also settle with Ash with a Ghost type!

Has it stated she only catches Dragon-types? Because the only two non-Legendary Dragon-types left in Isshu is Kurimugan and Monozu's evolution line.

Suuuuuuuuuure, keep telling yourself that. Doesn't change the fact, Pikachu beat a LATIOS and lost to a damn starter who was the trainer had for like 10 seconds? Yea. That's one messed up Pikachu.
Remember, the writers have a tradition of resetting Pikachu to level 5 at the beginning of every region, and it doesn't look like they're gonna break that tradition anytime soon.

Also remember Pikachu couldn't use its Electric attacks so it probably was struggling to know what to do (even though it was a Grass-type so it really wouldn't have mattered if it could use its Electric-type attacks or not).
