That's a no brainer, of course they are. Probably Pokemon Grey, mascot will most likely be Kyurem. Being one myth states Kyurem is what remains of the original dragon which Zekrom and Reshiram split from I'm going to guess it might go more in-depth into that story.
In any case, I'm looking forward to the Third Version of Black & White, as well as to the remakes of Ruby & Sapphire. As the others have said, I'm guessing that the Third Version of Black & White will most likely be called Pokemon Grey. As for the Ruby & Sapphire remakes, I'd guess it would probably be something like Pokemon LandRuby & SeaSapphire, since the version mascots, Groudon & Kyogre, control the land and sea, respectively.
New English names and an announcement:
POKEMON:
Yortetty is now Lillipup.
CHARACTERS:
Dent, Pod and Corn are now Cilan, Chili and Cress.
LOCATIONS:
Sanyou City is now Striaton City.
OTHER FEATURES:
* The move Cheer Up is now Work Up.
* Victini is the Mythical Pokemon instead of the Victory Pokemon.
* Global Link and Dream World is keeping their names.
* The Live Caster is now Xtransceiver.
* Basculin's Forms remain Red-Striped and Blue-Striped.
* Deerling's Forms remain Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
ANNOUNCMENT:
The Dream World website will NOT be launching on the same date as the release of Pokemon Black & White due to the worry that it'll overload the servers which happened to the Japanese version. It has been a "Spring" release.

And you know what, I'm calling it, the "rumored" name list of all the Generation V that pikastatic100 posted is the official leaked names as EVERY released name so far has been on the list. Now I was going to re-post the list with the picture of its Pokemon, however Pokebeach has also came to the same conclusion and did it HERE in addition with having the Pokemon's Japanese name, typing, and National Dex number. All I can say now is enjoy and WAHOO! Tepig's evolution names are Pignite and Emboar!
